Stakeholders called for discussion on NMC bill at Parliament Library

Undersecretary of Government of India Dinesh Singh issued letters to various stakeholders of the NMC Bill for one to one discussion and submission at the Parliament Library Building. The letter quoted as “I am directed to state that the department related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Health and Family Welfare is presently examining the National Medical Commission Bill 2017. The Committee has decided to have interaction with various stakeholders experts and have the benefit of their views on the provisions of the Bill. The Committee has, accordingly, decided to invite you to hear your views on the various pm visions of the above said Bill. A copy of the Bill is enclosed. I am therefore to request you kindly to make it convenient to appear before the Committee at 230 P.M. on Tuesday, the 27″ February 2018 in Room No.C 074. Ground Floor, Parliament Library Building. New Delhi for the purpose. You are also requested to furnish your written submissions/ suggestions if any along with soft copy thereof, well in advance for circulation to Members of the Committee. You are further requested to intimate the details of persons accompanying you for the said meeting latest by 24 February. 2018 to facilitate issuing of entry passes”
