NEET PG Counselling; MCC issued notice to charge only 10% or 75000 whichever is less for 1st Round for up-gradation candidates

Counselling committee of NEET PG 2018 issued a notice regarding Exit policy of 1st Round counseling for those who get seats in state counsellings or who simply want to exit. The notice reads as ” The Result of NEET PG Counseling Round I has been declared and the candidates are likely to start reporting to the allotted institutes as per schedule. Keeping in view the observance of many holidays during reporting period the colleges are directed to keep admission counters open on all holidays so that the students are not faced with any difficulty during the admission process.


Colleges are also directed to take only the Transaction charges (10% of annual fee or Rs. 75000/- whichever is lower) at the time of admission for candidates who have opted for Upgradation in the next round and in case the candidate gets upgraded the documents should be handed over to the candidates as early as possible and fees refunded if any. In case any allotted candidate is not in a position to bring the Demand Draft in view of the bank holidays he/she may be given provisional admission on the basis of post dated Cheque/ Undertaking to avoid any inconvenience to the candidate. In case of any discrepancy regarding Fees/Bond Information etc. the candidates are requested to confirm the same from the college authorities before reporting.
